As part of Bang & Olufsen a/s' strategic work, the company is considering various possibilities for strengthening the company's capital base for the purpose of accelerating growth through:

• Increasing the investment in distribution and marketing
• Maintaining a high R&D level to continue the strengthening of the product portfolio
• Other initiatives, e.g. third-party distribution for B&O PLAY

The company is currently working with various possibilities but has not yet made any specific decisions on the matter.
